We operate as a mixed-audience service where adults create personalized coloring books that may feature children.
Our Service is designed for adults (18+) to create custom coloring books. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Payment Information
When you purchase a coloring book, we collect your email address for delivery. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

- Generate AI-powered coloring book pages using uploaded photos via OpenAI's API
- Create and deliver personalized coloring books using Lulu Print on Demand Service
- Process payments and send purchase confirmations

4. Our Privacy-First Approach
Session-Based Privacy
- All photos and personal information are automatically deleted after 2 hours by first party services
- All photos and personal information sent to OpenAI will not be trained on and is deleted after 30days
- We do not create user accounts or store personal information long-term
- No tracking cookies or persistent identifiers
- We only store the generated coloring books for 30 days to allow for printing by user.
What We DON'T Do
- Store photos permanently on our servers
- Create profiles or accounts linked to personal information
- Sell personal information with third parties
- Use photos for any purpose other than creating your coloring book
- Track users across other websites or services
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, except:
- Service Providers: OpenAI (AI generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Lulu (print and ship)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety
- Business Transfer: In connection with a merger or acquisition (with notice)
Third-Party Services
- OpenAI: Processes photos to generate coloring book images (deleted after processing)
